You’ll receive your kit within one to two weeks.

Here’s how the process works:

When your DNA test kit arrives in the mail, Sign Up for a user account on our secure website and use the bar code found inside to Register Your Kit.
Perform a swab of your cheek to collect a DNA sample.
Place the swab sample in your pre-addressed, prepaid envelope and mail it to our testing lab.
Within four to six weeks, you’ll receive email confirmation that your results are available.
Log In to our secure website to see your customized Athlete Report, with your test results and our training recommendations.
